We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy from the purchase date for all non-final sale items. To ensure a satisfactory fit, we recommend trying on your item(s) before removing any tags or sticker clings.

If your helmet does not fit as expected, please contact our Customer Service for recommendations on a compatible liner kit, if applicable to your helmet’s size. For customers who purchased a helmet from our online store, we will waive the shipping cost for any liner kit ordered for fitment adjustment. For further details, please reach out to Customer Service.

Conditions for Return & Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be brand new, unwashed, unworn, and unused.
  • It must be returned with all original tags, sticker clings, and packaging intact.
  • Any promotional items included with your order must also be returned.

Steps to Return or Exchange an Item:

  1. Click here to submit a Return or Exchange Request.
  2. Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) form via email.
  3. Securely package your item in a separate shipping box (original packaging is recommended), include a copy of the RA form, and use a carrier that provides tracking information.
  4. Exchanges must be equal to or higher than the total of the original order. If the exchange cost exceeds the original order, we will send you an invoice for the price difference. Exchange orders will be shipped within 24 hours after your return is processed and/or payment is received.

Please note: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. However, we offer free shipping for exchanges. Please be aware that items can only be exchanged once, and exchanges are subject to inventory availability.

Refund Processing

Refunds are available for non-final sale items. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund and notify you via email. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, although your bank may require additional time for processing.

Final Sale Items

Items in the Garage Sale and Close Out sections are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds. Exchanges for final sale items are limited to size exchanges only and one-time only. The size exchange process follows the same steps as the standard exchange process outlined above and is subject to inventory availability.

To return an item, please ensure it is brand new, unwashed, unworn, and unused, with all tags and sticker clings attached. We also ask that all items be returned in their original packaging. Any promo items that were processed with the order must be included.

REFUNDS

We will process your refund as soon as possible after receiving your return. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Your bank may need additional time to process the refund. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we process your return.

FINAL SALE

We understand that sometimes you might need to exchange a final sale item for a different size. That's why we offer a 30-day size exchange policy on all final sale products.
